By using this website, creating an account, or submitting an order request, reservation, or appointment request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You're always welcome to reach us by phone or in person instead.

This site lets you browse our collection, submit order requests, place a 24-hour reservation hold on an item, and request appointments. It is not a real-time checkout: we do not process payment online, and submitting a request does not guarantee availability or lock in a price. Availability, sizing, and final price are all confirmed when you visit or speak with us directly.

• An order request is not a completed sale. We'll follow up to confirm details and pricing before anything is finalized.
• A reservation holds an item for 24 hours. If it isn't confirmed or picked up within that window, the hold expires and the item returns to available stock.
• Prices shown online are estimates. Sales tax, final pricing, and alteration costs are confirmed in store.
• All purchases are for in-store pickup. We don't ship.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy, including the 30-day return window and the final-sale rules for altered, custom, and made-to-order items.

Appointment and fitting requests submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we follow up to confirm a time. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel.

If you create an account, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The content on this site, including product photography, text, and the Classic Menswear name and logo, belongs to Classic Menswear or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

We work to keep this site accurate, but availability, pricing, and product details are subject to change and are always confirmed in store. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classic Menswear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
