30-Day Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, in store, with receipt.
Easy Exchanges
Swap for a different size, color, or style. Exchanges handled on the spot.
Final Sale Items
Accessories, altered items, and custom orders are not eligible for return.
How It Works
Contact Us First
Reach out by phone or in-store within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange. We do not process returns through the mail all returns must be handled in person.
Bring Your Receipt
Bring your original receipt or proof of purchase along with the item. Items returned without proof of purchase are not eligible for a refund but may be considered for store credit.
Item Inspection
Our team will inspect the item to confirm it is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been tailored, altered, or worn cannot be returned.
Refund or Exchange
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value. Exchanges are subject to availability.

What is the return window?
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items brought in after this window are not eligible for a return but may be considered for store credit at our discretion.
Can I return a tailored or altered item?
No. Any item that has been tailored, hemmed, altered, or customized in any way is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What items are final sale?
Accessories (ties, bow ties, cufflinks, pocket squares), underwear, socks, and any item marked 'Final Sale' at point of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I exchange for a different style or product?
Yes. We are happy to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or style. If the new item is of greater value, you will pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
What if I received a defective item?
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you believe an item has a manufacturer defect, please bring it in immediately and we will make it right at no charge.
Do you offer refunds for custom orders?
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Because these are built specifically for you, we cannot accept returns. We will work with you closely before and during the process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
