Classic Menswear (By Monfred The Tailor) operates a store at 816 NE 125th Street, North Miami, FL 33161 and this website. This policy covers information collected through the website: browsing, creating an account, placing an order request, reserving an item, booking a fitting, or contacting us.

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Account information: name, email address, and phone number if you create an account.
• Order and reservation details: the items you request, sizes, colors, and any notes you add.
• Measurements: if you save fitting measurements to your account for future orders.
• Appointment requests: preferred dates and details for fittings or consultations.
• Contact form and inquiry submissions: whatever you include when you reach out to us.

We do not process payments online. All pricing is confirmed and paid for in store, so we do not collect or store payment card information through this website.

• To fulfill order requests, hold reservations, and schedule appointments.
• To send you updates about the status of your order, reservation, or appointment.
• To respond to questions submitted through our contact or inquiry forms.
• To improve the site based on aggregate, non-identifying usage trends.

If you create an account, you can choose whether we email you about your orders, reservations, and appointments, and separately opt in to emails about new arrivals and promotions. Order and reservation status emails are on by default so you don't miss a pickup window; promotional emails are off by default and only sent if you opt in. You can change either setting any time from Account Settings.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that keep this site and our store running:

• Supabase hosts our database and handles account sign-in.
• Resend delivers the transactional emails we send you (order updates, replies to inquiries).
• Vercel hosts the website and provides the anonymous traffic analytics described below.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Classic Menswear, our customers, or others.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic to our site. It's cookieless, so it doesn't set tracking cookies, build an advertising profile, or follow you across other websites. We don't run ad-tracking pixels or sell browsing data to advertisers.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing cmwbymonfredthetailor@gmail.com or stopping by the store.

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
